Suffering today due to many assorted shots yesterday so very Tom and Dick cant do it with the younger family members, but tomorrow it will be with bubble and my homemade piccalilli

I think someone suggested above, slice and cover with gravy and freeze.
Will probably taste nicer next time round.
Or make bechamel sauce and add turkey, ham etc.
Let cool (important).
Place in pie dish (I have loads of Indian takeaway containers with cardboard lid) and place puff pastry on top.
Don't cook. Just freeze.
That won't taste like a frozen meal when thawed and cooked.

I've just dropped my Christmas Dinner POO into the pan.
A full plate worth, and plenty of trimmings.
