A no brainer for me. No particular admirer of Southampton, plus having them and Portsmouth in leagues below us keeps them firmly in their place above the big teams of Brighton and Bournemouth which grates on both of them when reminded.

However, THE Leeds, THE biggest club in the world come into the equation. Which changes everything. So many positives not having to play them next season.

Leeds’ awful playoff record is counting against them now. The confidence they started the game with is gone. They need a big shift in momentum or else Stains are going up and their entitled fans are in for a huge amount of disappointment.
