He was prosecuted cos it its easy to have a pop at one person.Like MM says it could happen to any one of us ,what happened was a tragedy,but how many lives have the fat cat private rail bosses been responsible for and never prosecuted.I drive trains for a living and know for a fact that each Human life is a price to these twats and sometimes life is cheaper than doing the right maintenance.Next time any of you use the tube have a good look at the track,and take comfort in the fact that the guy that worked on it the night before may have had about 1 hours training.
