A few years back there was a documentary on TV which showed a job swap with the Chief execs of Plymouth and Charlton.

It was good viewing and the long term benefits for one of the clubs has been outstanding.

Is it time that we took some advice from a "Charlton" type club, ie: risen from the ashes.
If so which club?

This isn't directly related to the £2m appeal but more for the long term , building the stadium , managing the commercial side , merchandise etc.

Manchester United !
Bombed out of their ground during WWII they played their early games after the war at Maine Road. They formed a 'Development Fund' and continued fund raising for years.
Allied to PLC status, years of business acumen and some sound (if somewhat unpopular) businessmen in charge (don't mention Michael Knighton), they are one of the richest clubs in the world.
