I notice that three League 1 games (Coventry, Millwall, Sheffield United) scheduled for 8th October have been postponed, according to the BBC because of 'insufficient players'.
Insufficient players??
What's going on?
International football.
Coventry v Chesterfield?!
Chesterfield have had 3 players called up, 1 for New Zealand, 1 for Scotland U-21s and 1 for Rep of Ireland U21s so they can get game postponed.
Is it not the rule that if you lose 3 players to internationals you can postpone the game.?
That's pretty ironic considering where Coventry were say 10 years ago with a host of internationals then.
Coventry hold the RECORD for the LONGEST time since they've ever had a PROMOTION
Just in the current football league, or longer than Arsenal or Everton?
