doubt it now - unless someone can tell me when the last ferry home to portsmouth is , and how far the ferry port is from the stadium ?

All the details were in the programme last night.

We could take the ferry (the slow one - that IS running apparently) from Newhaven - Dieppe, then an hour or so's drive. Dover - Calais or Dover - Boulogne but with an extra hour's drive here, and two hour's drive there. Portsmouth - Le Havre, but that takes about 9 hours - nightmare if it's choppy.

Or you can charter a flight from Shoreham to Le Havre, but that's quite dear - about £250 return each on a plane that only takes about 8 people.

Whatever - it should be fun... :drink: :drink: :drink:

Private boat hire is going to be the way forward for this one. Just follow the ferry and run the thing up on to a beach and sort it out later. :drink:

I'm taking my armbands then.

Don't think we can get players from abroad outside the transfer window. If FM is to be trusted anyway.

The last I heard they were still trying to find a ground to play this game, as Le Havre's was having work done.

Anyone know the venue?

Is the game being played in Le Havre?
