What a brilliant interview. James' dad is so articulate and really tells it like it is. In a former life I was employed by what was then The War department, now MOD (Army). They were shit then and clearly have not changed one bit. They were always staggeringly secretive and uncaring. It's because of their uncaring attitude that that we have to have charities such as Help for Heroes. Sadly, I doubt they will ever change.
