Can only be a matter of time before local estate agents form a cartel to re-brand North Laine as The North Lanes to sucker the DFLs and further inflate property prices. After 'Fiveways Village' the whole town is up for grabs to these shysters.

Anything vaguely near the station doesn't need any branding help. Sells itself in minutes though that doesn't stop the duckers taking their cut for the massive effort of sending their most junior member to stand gormlessly in a green shiny suit and pointy shoes pointing out the obvious.
What they do need to do is decide if they are marketing the lower ends of Whitehawk as East Kemptown or North Marina.
