I'd love to forget it !!! Actually the thought of injecting yourself is a big hurdle, but this needle is so fine, you don't really feel it. I still can't watch though.

Fair enough. I've administered them enough times but can understand the apprehension about doing it to yourself.

Kimmage should counter sue, just so he can still get all the dirt out there.

Bingo:-

Paul Kimmage ‏@PaulKimmage
I have lodged a criminal complaint against Hein Verbruggen and Pat McQuaid. I have initiated these proceedings not for myself - this is...not about Paul Kimmage, but on behalf of the whistle blowers - Stephen Swart, Frankie Andreu, Floyd Landis, Christophe Bassons...Nicolas Aubier, Gilles Delion, Graeme Obree and every other cyclist who stood up for truth and the sport they loved and were dismissed...as "cowards" and "scumbags" by Verbruggen and McQuaid.

He has built up a little momentum now. Hope he keeps it rolling and squashes McQuaid. Mcquaid has deceived more people than all the dopers combined.
I'd have love to have seen the look on Verbruggen and McQuaid's faces, when the money started rolling into Kimmage's fund.

Oh and I meant to say.
The Times are already advertising their Sunday Times magazine article, about Lance written by David Walsh.

Should be fairly incendiary.

And yet you chose to not only look at the tread, but post on it...

How many threads are there about football on here anyway?

I didn't really look at it, I just saw it was 19 pages about cycling, thought it was shit and decided to post an ill-informed comment. I make no apologies as what I said is true.

How did you miss the 148 other pages on cycling?

Turns out it's not incendiary, it's fairly cathartic, with some nice touches.

Quoting and naming the people slating him for doubting Lance back in the late 90's, in letters to The Sunday Times, is amusing.

There's a fair bit of 'this is not an 'I told you so' article', kind of making it exactly that.

This is why I hate Armstrong for what he has done.

I noticed on the SSN ticker tonight there was a cycling story coming up, so I hung around to see it.
The story in question was this one:-

Top South African cyclist bust for doping | News | Sport | Mail Guardian

Ok NSC has 16,122 members.
Of those 16,122 I will confidently say I am in the top 5 when it comes to knowledge of pro cycling.
Not the top 5%. the physical actual top 5 people.
(not a claim I would make on Bikeradar or cyclingnews).

Anyway my point is I have NEVER heard of this fella, and had to hunt for the story.
Because it is NOT a story, and never would have been a story had it not been for Armstrong.

Cav was interviewed on 5 live, on Monday.
Nice interview but the whole first half was taken up by LA & drugs.
Cav was getting titsy but did the interview well.
Even though it was laboured on for 10 more minutes, after Cav had covered the issue.

He did say 'this is just the start. Plenty of other sports will eventually have this problem, once the governing bodies are also put in a situation which means they have to deal with it!'

Sorry Woody.

I hadn't realised he was at the very top of his game.

I bet even 1066 hasn't even thought about him for his fantasy team.

You're right Stat. His name only rang a vague bell with me and it was only a story because he rode for US Postal for a year in 99.
