Why our problems on the pitch must be addressed now. It is of little use saying so and so will be ok in 18 months time as we could well be in the same position in the division but one division lower by then.

I don't disagree with the fact that the problems need addressing but who knows, 2 wins and we could be up in the play offs. It is a bit soon to be talking of conference football.

Where are the goals going to come from to get us these wins and do you have confidence in us being able to keep clean sheets at the moment.

I do remember saying this before and as yet it hasnt happened but I say again "We will be ok". We are in desparate need of a goalscorer though and the sooner the better.

That is my biggest worry at the moment. The rest of the team is fine once our injuries come backHinsh and Butts in the center,Lynch left back.Adam right back.Reid and Oatway or Hammond in the center looks fine.

Well as you say changes are needed. I believe we have the players to create a defence that keeps clean sheets and we have a striker (Robinson) who is capable of getting 15 this year. Also players such as Cox, Frutos, Reid and Stokes could chip in.

Were you at the game yesterday (that is not a dig I am just asking) because if you were did you not think the forward line looked a lot better when Robinson came on. His movement was starting to open it up for the midfield to get forward and create.

The players are there (although we do still need a strong forward who knows where the net is) for a mid table finish which I will be more than happy with.

We should have room for one senior keeper, and one youngster who is good enough to stand in occasionally. Surely one of the younger keepers,

You have just anwsered the problem.

Kupiers is the senior keeper Hendo is a yougster in keeping terms when kuipers has had his day which could realistically be 2-5 years time hendo steps up and if he can not wait that long then Sullivan or Martin can fill in.

Well done LI.

Les we don't have a relible 15 goal man in the team let alone 10.It's a big worry

I know I am in the minority but I genuinely believe that Robinson is a 15 goal a season striker. I'm not entirely convinced by Revell but I don't think it helps playing him upfront by himself. I do agree totally that we need a strong central striker who can hold it up, link play and score some goals. Maybe Gatting is the answer, the goals don't look free flowing with him but he is very strong, holds the ball up and links play very well. I would like to see him and Robbo get a chance together.

But I think the current side playing well would be mid table.

I wasnt there yesterday because I wasnt prepared to give Bristol City the money to watch what has become a poor team similar to the shambles we had at Gillingham. Had the game been at Brighton I would most definitley have been there.

My 3 sons all went and said that if we were still playing now we wouldn't have had a decent shot on goal let alone scored.

I will join you in the minority as i think Jake has at least a dozen goals in him at this level if only he was given a proper run in the side they would flow as BZ has done with the Hammers.

Yeah, that would be nice. Also Rents was very tidy yesterday, he obviously needs to be seen more in the first team but it was a promising debut.

If you think Hendo will sit back and watch his international career destroyed by being on a League 1 bench for 2 to 5 years, you are having a laugh.

I like both of them but Hendo is the future and Kuipers wages are reportedly one of the biggest at the club. I also want to see Martin and Sullivan come through and that will never happen with both Kuipers and Hendo at the club. It is a tough decision but I think you have to go with Hendo. That is my head speaking not my heart. In my dreams they both play a half each and we have just won the champions league.

But he may have to move to better his international career as well. Then we're left with just Richie & Jonno.

Come on get real he ain't a bad keeper but he will never play as Ireland No1.

If he was as good as you believe someone will soon swoop for him and give us a cracking pay day.

:

That is the ideal solution somebody come in with £500k bid in January but how much would MM, if still here, get towards a player.
