IF they did go up I would very much enjoy the Premier League refusing them entry on the basis that their ground doesn't meet Prem requirements.:shit:

I would HATE their 19 million pound a year parachute payments when they did fall back down.

If we make the play offs, and then dont go up i'm going to be bloody gutted whoever we lose too

This. If it was Palace that did it I think I would be SLIGHTLY more gutted. Not enough to make me not want to play them in the play-offs when they are clearly the weakest team based on current form.

Just allowing myself to imagine this worst case scenario (they knock us out and go up) and I don't know maybe it's because I'm so distanced from it but I don't think it would be as much the end of the world as some people are suggesting.

Think about it. They are totally unprepared for life in the Premier league, would get absolutely SPANKED week in week out and we'd STILL have larger gates than them even though we're in the division below.

What the hell are you going to do if you can't cope? Get a life!!

It'll be a right pain in the arse at the time if we lost to them and they went up. Hopefully it'll be enjoyable watching them do a wolves double dip the next season though

No, no and thrice no.

The texts from my pikey mates would be non stop tidal wave fashion and it would never be forgotten.

I know it's only football and all that caper but not on your nelly.

It will be hard to stomach for a while, but I guess you don't have much choice than man up and realise it's only a game...that could have earned us millions in revenue. But still, only a game...against our bitter rivals. Only a game, I'll just keep telling myself that.

The Missus' family are Palace nuts, so it would be a VERY loooong summer to deal with, probably not much better until we replace them the following season!

You, my fine friend, are lucky that I'm in a Friday good mood. Otherwise you'd be straight over my knee and receiving 50 of the best for entertaining such an idea. We wont lose again this season, let alone to THAT LOT. Now sit in a darkened room and think about your behaviour ;-)

Wouldn't be happy, but of course I would cope. Our club has progressed so much, I don't expect to go up this year (purely because there are a few of us fighting for one place), and we'll keep progressing regardless. I suspect it'll matter more to them because they know we're progressing fast, and they're not likely to keep up with us, so this would be there chance to get one up on us.

Que sera sera.

But looking further forward:
Palace get promoted this year
Palace relegated next year and BHAFC win the Championship
Following year, Both teams mid table in their respective divisions.

But frankly, being mid table in the Premiership in two or three years time would be great, and who cares about palace.
