Have recently dislocated one of mine and its still bloody painful. Any advice from the many that have probably done the same. Try and spare me the horror stories please, I don't want to be freaked out.

Kness f*** you up.

I twisted my knee and had a headache and was ill for about 4 weeks. My doctor said that it was all to do with the knee. :whisky::whisky::whisky::whisky::whisky:

Wise words:bowdown:

Did that immediately funnily enough. Now on crutches and have a leg brace. Weeks of physio to come. Its a real fucker.

A dislocated knee is also way worse for giraffes, than almost any other creature.

Thats what I am finding. The taller you are the further you fall!!!

Might as well, BB.
I'll also add that my forehead appears to be peeling a bit, for some reason.

Got stabbed in the kneecap with a screwdriver by an Irish pikey. Still gives me jip over two years later. Knees are worth taking care of!

just had a knee op - went provate through work and it was interesting signing the disclaimer which absically says you are going to struggle for the rest of your natural.

Mainly that it is a degenerative condition and that whatever happens after the op it absolutely has nothing to do with them, the botched job on the knee or the philipino nurse putting a pencil up your backside whilst still out cold.

MAte - once they are buggered then you will get gip for evermore -best thing is to manage them and look after them - swimming - 25 lengths twice a week will do wonders in strenghtening them without putting too much strain on them

Ouch! My shoulder is still sore a year down the line, so be prepared to be patient.

Also, go see your physio regularly, and do the excercises!! If you're going private, the physiotherapists on Wilbury road (particularly Sarah) in Brighton are brilliant.
