Kids and school - or seemingly lack of it

Is it just me but nowadays in teh week when kids should be at school you see a hell of a lot of them just moping round town centres out of uniform- I thought it was a northern thing at first but oh no on recent visits down south both Worthing and Brighton were full of these sportswear clad urchins. Why the fcuk aren't they at school? No wonder this country is going to the dogs.

I'm not surprised a lot of these kids seem to be bunking off, would anyone here want to take 15 exams in the space of a month and a half?
