29-2 with 10 no balls. We bowled 20 so what is going on?? Can't anyone mark their run up properly?

Somehow we need to get up around 350 to get at least 3 batting points so that with the win we will get from this game we'll be 20 ahead of the lanky's before they hammer Durham next week.

Honestly, with pessimism like that anyone would have thought you supported Brighton.........

Don't forget, Sussex are the performing arm of south coast sport !
Jest post... You can normally find me doing them in times of crisis... :lolol:

Please do not think they are serious when I do them, I save that for the football. :lolol:

Just seen that you said Robbo out which for some reason i interpreted that as you saying a batsman was out rather than sack the coach. I should have recognised the pinch of salt it came with.

BBC man is not impressed with Dalrymples batting for England!!

37th over: 29 off 51 balls from Boom-Boom Dalrymple. Mohammad Asif is back on, and Dalrymple is finding the fast-medium man as impossible to read as the gentle part-time spinners. 177-4

36th over: Dalrymple is playing with the gay abandon of a Russian peasant. Come back Freddie, even on one leg and seated on a shooting stick. 172-4

35th over: A miracle - Dalrymple sweeps for four! 167-4

34th over: All around the Rose Bowl, cricket fans are gently falling asleep. The only thing that might keep them awake at this stage is the snoring of the person next to them.162-4

Sussex 33-2 (now 12 no balls)
