The problem with Andrews is he's meant to be the experienced head in midfield. Accordingly you'd expect him to be consistent and reliable, but the reality is he's been inconsistent since he's been here. JFC and Ince you can understand if they have a few off games and live with it, Andrews, however, has far too many for the role and responsibility he has. Don't want him starting all the time the other lads we've got currently are fit/available.

Andrews does a job and has been a good acquisition. He played very well in the cup game against Reading and was decent last night. We were playing Premiership opposition and held our own.

I was really happy when he signed and he looked good early in the season but he was woeful at Derby and woeful again last night.
