Keeping certain fans behind

Why is it not possible to keep certain fans in the ground for a further 15 min after a game to avoid a possible flashpoint. From what I have seen so far this season it's an accident waiting to happen. Millwall palace Cardiff spring to mind. Look after your own fans first.

I will pass on your comments to the safety officer, but my understanding from the police and safety officer is that by keeping fans behind it is more likely to create flashpoints.
