Im not sure who you mean. After all, in the run in it was very much keep the opposition down to one goal and we wont score at all. 0-1 was very much the order of the day!

No-brainer. Clean sheet guarantees at least 1 point. Scoring only 1 goal in a game doesn't guarantee any points if you can't defend.
