I quite liked the one I heard in the pub
To the tune of the song "Sugar"
Kazenga de la de la de duh
OOOHhhh Lua Lua de la de la de duh
You are our left-wingerrrrrr
And you come from Africa

There was a previous suggestion on here that was better IMHO - something like:

kazenga sets off down the wing
Lua lua
And now you'll hear the brighton sing
Lua lua
He's faster than a fighter jet
His shot will break the f**king net
And we all bow down to Kazenga Lua Lua

Thanks for remembering! but it was...

Who`s that flying down the wing?
Lua! Lua!
And all the Lads from Brighton sing
Lua!Lua!
He`s faster than a Fighter Jet
He`s gonna break the f#cking net
And we all bow down to Kazenga Lua Lua!

I originally used `exocet` instead of fighter jet but half the people weren`t old enough to know what it was so I`d go with your fighter jet!

That's the one. Glad you're back to claim it!

Incidentally, while I know we don't like copying other people TOO much, at Liverpool with the Torres song they would immediately sing the tune again with no words.. which has the benefit that a lot more people then join in. Coupled with everyone jumping up and down it looks seriously impressive.

That would be awesome,I`ve pm`d Drumstick as he said he would try and get this going and mentioned this.I would love to hear it as I sit in 1901 with a blanket over my 40(odd) year old knees!!If not it`ll have to be me and you!

I've never even tried to come up with a chant before but here goes (please listen along to the video when reading the lyrics)

Lua Lua,
then he runs again,
you'll never gunna stop him now,
Lua Lua,
then he runs again,
you'll never gunna stop him now.

Sprinting the night away,
sprinting the night away....

*I'll get my coat*
