Presumably the original idea was for the 3 month contract being September to November - not march to May which is looking more likely given how long he is taking to decide.
Is he waiting for the bus timetable and fares to be published to see whether the terms of his contract (beign the bus fare home) are worth it

Andrei Kanchelskis is close to making his mind up over Albion's offer of a three-month contract.
The 'will he, won't he' saga has been dragging on since the former Manchester United winger started training with the Seagulls a month ago.
Now Kanchelskis has revealed he is creeping nearer to at last giving Albion an answer.
The 34-year-old Ukrainian, who lives in East Grinstead, said: "I will make a final decision about my future either this week or next week.
"Al Hilal, my old club in Saudi Arabia, want me back and I am still discussing my future with my family.
"Money is not important to me now, it's important that I play football."
Kanchelskis has turned down a move to Switzerland, but there is other interest from abroad.
"Some clubs in America are interested but their season starts in December, so maybe I will stay for the three months here and then see what happens," he said.
"The chairman (Dick Knight) has said even if I don't sign for Brighton I can stay here to train, which is good for me. It is difficult training alone."
