They said on SSN that Milan had less evidence then the other clubs involved, so the staying Serie A was bound to happen.

At the moment there is 17 teams in Serie A, I diffinitely think there will be 3 extra teams promoted from Serie B, and then some teams from Serie C, Serie C1 and Serie C2 will be moved up a division I think this will happen.

Parma is UEFA Cup at best if the Italians have 3 places in the UEFA, your missing CL team is Palermo.

Torino have just won the Serie B play-offs (although admittedly it has taken them a few years to get back)

AC Milan are definately not champions, think they had 40-odd points deducted this season - hence their non-inclusion in Europe next year.
