I'm pretty sure once become a full international friendly or not you can't change nations. I think you may be confusing U21 level and below. Plus i think both games are WCQ's?

Friendlies don't count towards eligibility.

I take it you mean Iwelumo. The only other player I can think of is Kevin Harper who I think played for Scotland.
