Not spastic at all. The rear of the stand will contain large windows through which the sea can (just about) be seen.

Think he just means one corner won't be filled in, looking at the drawings and images the whole stadium will still be enclosed, there'll just a a shutter/gate for vehicle access.

I'm sure that you won't be able to see the sea from the West Stand even looking behind you! One of these Falmer myths i'm sure!

The stadium is already sunk below level land and from Woodingdean, Falmer road just goes into descent.
