Give em their due, they have recently gone through a massive customer experience programme and as a result their customer service has improved somewhat. Still have a far inferior product as far as tv is concerned but you cant knock their broadband service.

I'm an ex skypluus bt customer, a recent move forced me back to ntl and i was dreading it, but i have to say v.impressed so far with all the services and the value, just need to get a mouse for this dell laptop, btw dell gave me good service too

I can assure you St. Austell isn't posh, tourists avoid it like the plague except for the Eden Project, but then it would be hard to be worse than Cambourne!!

Ive got NTL 10mb broadband, its the ONLY broadband service that gives you the bandwidth you pay for and it doesn't drop out at all..

I'm well chuffed with it !!
