I think he's the most complete English footballer since Bryan Robson, however I'm not sure if this 'shithousery', however amusing it all might seem at the time, will not put a huge target on his back for the next decade, with opposing fans, opponents and refs?
Extreme exaggeration. Staggering, in fact. I am shaking my head, sadly.

Had to Google who Jobe is. Didn't realise Jude's younger brother played at all , or that he had one. Must be both very proud and tough having such a stellar big bro.

Wonder if Jobe transfer rumours start based on Jude's abilities. Mid table Championship midfielder with 45 games is a good indicator that he's got talent too. At 18.
I watch all the footballs on the telly. I have seen Jobe play. On more than one occasion brother Jude has popped over to watch him play in the flesh.

Cheshire Cat

The most curious thing..

He will need to have a healthier shoulder, and a staggering alcohol capacity.

I was fortunate enough to be at the game last night. Jude’s quality is even better in person than on the TV. He’s everywhere and it’s like having three players on the team
No wonder we struggled in the second half with only 3 players.

(Sorry. Couldn't resist).

Was sent off for swearing at a ref - then defended himself saying he only told the ref “f*** off” not “f*** you” like it makes a difference :lolol:
But the Madrid fans are up in arms because they feel entitled to constant exceptionalism (see also: Vinicius and the Ballon D'Or).

Tedious club and fan base, it's a shame they're so bloody good at football.

How did they do that? Huge spending on wages to cherry pick the best players, state/banking sector financial assistance to a vast degree when selling real estate again ... each time they had overspent.

Actually, he claimed he said f*** off as an expression of frustration rather than directing it at the ref. Ancelloti explained the difference between f off and f you to the press. However, the fact he said it in response to the ref's decision doesn't give him much of a leg to stand on

And from watching the replay the chatter went on for ages. Need to stop chirping at the refs.

Yeah, no way we’d have someone in a senior role at the club known for swearing at the referee…

I went to a game there this season. The ‘Gibraltar is Spanish’ scarves being sold outside the ground was enough to put me off. Nearly got into a heated ‘discussion’ with one of the sellers, my missus encouraged me to leave it! 😡

Interesting comments from Tuchel on Bellingham today:

“If he smiles, he wins everyone, but sometimes you see the rage, the hunger and the fire and it comes out in a way that can be a bit repulsive, for example, for my mother when she sits in front of the TV. I see that, but in general we are very happy to have him, he's a special boy."

“I think he brings an edge, which we welcome and which is needed if we want to achieve big things. It needs to be channelled. The edge needs to be channelled toward the opponent, towards our goal and not to intimidate team-mates, or to be over aggressive to team-mates or referees."

I think the first part above has been taken a bit too literally, but he's written the headlines himself there.

I wonder if it's playing for Real Madrid that turned him into a prick, or if he's just always been one.

He wan't and isn't.
He's easily our most important player now.

Tommy Tootle is being a bit precious.
Tommy's mum is probably racist
