Think that’s about right plus a 12 month further option perhaps?

If it was 1 year - that wouldn’t be a new contract as they had the extension option already. One tweet mentions 2 years but I can’t find any good source for that.

Unlikely - I think his hand was forced for a year but probably wants regular first team football that he isn‘t going to get with us.
