Probably as well known already as a guy "called" Junior McDougald ever was. The press seemed to use his name as he wanted it - rather than his real name of David McDougald Junior, as it appeared on the team sheets. Likewise, a certain Jeffrey Thompson-Minton.
There are plenty of players whose names are different (and have to be) on the sheet that goes into the referee. It doesn't take a lot to find out how players are referred to by their local papers and the clubs - about 20" on a Google search - so there's not much excuse.
