Reasonably well known wheras Leonardo Ulloa isn't. Yet.

Probably as well known already as a guy "called" Junior McDougald ever was. The press seemed to use his name as he wanted it - rather than his real name of David McDougald Junior, as it appeared on the team sheets. Likewise, a certain Jeffrey Thompson-Minton.

There are plenty of players whose names are different (and have to be) on the sheet that goes into the referee. It doesn't take a lot to find out how players are referred to by their local papers and the clubs - about 20" on a Google search - so there's not much excuse.

That's not wrong though, Harry is a perfectly acceptable alternative to Henry. Just ask our Prince "Harry", he would be King Henry.

I'm not saying 'Harry' Redknapp is wrong, obviously. You seem to have missed the point. The media should refer to a player by the name that he uses - so Jose Ulloa is wrong. And lazy on their part.
