My boss saw Frank Arnesen at the start of the season on the TUBE (!) to his first game at Chelsea.

The silly bugger got on the Tube and there were loads of Spurs fans in the carriage, and a few Charlton fans as well. He got a lot of abuse (Judas etc etc). He tried to argue back, apparently he sounds like the guy in the Grolsch advert. But the Spurs fans were just telling him he was a turncoat, and they were entitled to say that as they were spurs through and through. Even the Charlton fans were joining in.

Funniest thing they said was "Has Abramovich paid for your oyster card?". Apparently Frank was very annoyed at that. What a plonker for going by tube.

Yeah thats their aim, they want to develop their own players in the future or buy talented youngsters like Arsenal.
