e flamboyant director of the Federal Intelligence Agency (AFI), Gustavo Arribas, is one of the main protagonists behind the triangulation question should end with Boca striker, Jonathan Calleri, Inter club.

Notary by profession, but dedicated to the business of football for years, Arribas recommended to the Uruguayan club Deportivo Maldonado to hire Calleri and served as advisor to the sports corporation (SAD) Uruguayan until 9 December last year, it is say, six days after the president Mauricio Macri announced he would be his man Arribas in the former SIDE.

Since the AFI indicated, however, that Arribas and "not part" of the ongoing negotiations among investors that manage the Uruguayan club Boca by controversial pass the player, which is now under the scrutiny of the local anti-laundering unit (FIU).

Calleri is not, in turn, the only player whose transfer went through the hands of Arribas. He also starred in the acquisition of young goalkeeper Estudiantes de La Plata, Gerónimo Rulli, I baio similar operations.

The July 17, 2014, the La Plata club sold all the cross from Deportivo Maldonado Rulli US $ 4 million. And as in the case of Calleri, who paid were the British investors who manage Uruguayan SAD: Caine and Malcolm Graham Shear. The latter, a lawyer, was for years the legal representative of the Iranian Kia Joorabchian, Carlos Tevez historical agent responsible for his departure, via the fund Media Sports Investments (MSI), Corinthians, Brazil.

According to sources consulted by the NATION, Arribas made his advisory work within the legal framework to allow the Argentina and Uruguayan legislation. He was responsible for identifying South American players that could generate a millionaire future performance and recommending them to the English investors. Among these young promises excelled Calleri and Rulli, who is now on loan from Real Sociedad Maldonado of Spain. Both the clerk recommended that Macri appointed head of the spies.

But the operation of Uruguayan clubs operating like scales between the original club and the club recipient FIFA is not punished, although like the FIU, the Federal Public Revenue Administration (AFIP) also is eyeing. This is the famous bridge passes: clubs settle on their campuses to the players who buy gerenciadores, but those players never fit their shirts.

For example, Ivan Piris, a Paraguayan side that played in Rome and serves on Udinese, also contained a passage through the club Maldonado. In mid-2013, Carlos Bianchi wanted it for his team. Boca dismissed the operation I did not want to have problems with the AFIP, which at that time had aimed against tax havens triangulated sports players.

But who is Arribas? Historic representative Martin Palermo and Lisandro López (Racing), among other stars, known Macri for over 20 years. Even she accompanied him during his years as president of Boca and won their confidence. That is, they have today by the President, the main virtue that Macri was looking to choose the new spymaster. And that's why he was appointed.

The clerk, who in recent years spent more time in Brazil than in Argentina, is not the only businessman football power in the Casa Rosada. Eduardo Gamarnik, who also knew representing former Boca players such as Roberto Abbondanzieri, strong stature in the renovated macrista Football For All program.

A Gamarnik and a third man Arribas "World Boca" Stomp now on the cusp of power sum. It is the club president Daniel Angelici, who boasts of his weight in the gaming industry as well as its influence as judicial "operator" with plans to influence now decisively in the federal courts of Comodoro Py .

In any case, Macri was always clear that the front of the spies would put people in your kidney. Long before his victory in the electoral ballottage materialize, Angelici was one the most sounded for the job. But Binguero remained in the state of the Bank and, in fact, was presented to the club elections, which he won.

Now, the name Angelici begins to sound like a candidate for president of the AFA, which will go to the polls on June 29th. Luis Segura, the incumbent president, came to describe it as "the AFA Messi". First, and like Arribas, you must resolve the controversial transfer Calleri triangulated.

His Agent/Dad has said that the deal with Inter will be off if it's not completed by Sunday. Maybe we'll go back in if its not done.

Hope not, it would all end in tears very quickly IMO. The whole set up seems bizarre in the extreme and all a bit mafioso. Steer clear.

7 million squid for something this complicated for a player who doesn't even want to come here, never going to happen.

Looks like this one will finally be over tomorrow, until the summer anyway. He's being sold to an English investment group, and loaned to Bolonga until the end of the season. He's then expected to join Inter in the summer.
