Every transfer window we get a few rumours that never develop and were probably never true in the first place. Sometimes these seem to be started (or not denied) by the club to cover their real activity. I don't believe we're seriously after -or in the running - for Vydra. The JC deal if it was ever was on seems off for now. Maybe there is little more to come but I personally doubt it. If there is one more significant signing or loan deal to come today it will most likely be a surprise one that has not been suggested on here...

This of course doesn't mean they aren't in for Vydra as well. I suppose if he lives in the Watford area Reading's training ground is not much further away, not that this would make much difference anyway.
