Yes, industrial accidents aren't funny, I know, as my Grandad worked for a brewery. Once on a nightshift when he was on his own he slipped and fell into a a big tank of beer that was just going off to be bottled .... and drowned. We hope he died quite quicky, but the CCTV cameras showed that he got out three times to go to the toilet ...
