The actual point is - would ANYONE keep our club, with our resources (or lack of), up?

McGhee has done nothing wrong. Everyone was demanding that Gatting should play - and he did. He's picked the right team - they just weren't good enough. If you have to consistently sell your best players you're going to struggle. What more can he do?

Play people in their proper positions.
Not waste what little money we had.
Show some passion.
Stick with a forward pair and let them try and get together.
Not piss off half the team.

who was played out of position today?

-maybe Reid but we have such shit alternatoves at left back that he's probably the best option.

Frutos and Carole were great signings. Turienzo has been a bit of a disaster but some gambles don't pay off.

The forwards are very inconsistent and young. He's right to rotate them.

The players he's pissed off, with the exception of Kuipers are arrogant upstarts and don't deserve to be at the club.

Totally agree, the fact that kuipers is so frustrated really worries me, i've said in other threads he has been a model professional ever since he has been at this club.

Fruitos and Carole LOOK very good but what do they actually do?

Granted Frutos scored today but neither of them get crosses in, they rarely off support for the full backs and it seems whenever the other team break both our wingers are stood on the half way line.

Carole was streets better than any other player on the pitch today. He was great going forward and if he'd stayed on the pitch to the end I reckon he may have created an equaliser. Frutos was not at his best today but he scored so I reckon that counts as "doing something".

At work - probably
Carole is far better than the other players and he is on a different wavelength - that dribble & shot a few mins before he got injured was superb. He won the ball a few time and played it back to El Abd who kept going backwards - so the momentum was lost.

Don't Mention The War
Carole always checks in, instead of running down the wing and taking on a man, maybe getting a free kick or possibly a cross. We all know he has the ability to take a player on and cross the ball, but he seems to me that he does to much.
