Do you remember the 70s?

I do - it was great, ordinary working class people had a say in the politics of this country.

Now it's just bankers, hedge funds and Bullingdon Boys from Eton.

What was your point again?

What an inane statement...working class people as you call them have always had a say in politics in this country,it's called a General Election.
I worked through the sixties and seventies and the so called voice of the Labour party was through the likes of Red Robbo..the unions put more men out of work, ruined more companies and slowed down production so British cars become unsaleable.
Yes there is corruption in Banking...it is also one of the biggest earners in bringing finance to the UK.
Still I suppose you are deeply entrenched with this 'Labour' is for the working man...I see 4 out of the 5 hopeful leaders of the Labour party all have Oxbridge qualifications...does that make them Posh ?
Probably the richest ex MP/PM ever was Tony Blair.....Labour.
Hope somehow you see through the politics of envy and class...because you lost the election by a majority...it is called democracy!
