True but after the first public enquiry he said that we could have a new stadium but that we had to look into all the sites in question. That was the key.

It looks like a sizeable number of those voting for the UKIP candidate chose the Tory as their 2nd preference instead of using a bit of common sense and not voting for anyone else.

(a) is flawed;
(b) is likely to produce a result that doesn't represent the true view of the electorate; and
(c) was rejected by the electorate in a referendum.
