Jogging is bad for you - FACT!

I know a lad who would jog all the time, several miles per day.

He's just had an operation on the veins in his legs, as they developed 'carbunkles' - probably due to having to work hard around solid calf-muscles for years. Now, he can barely walk, and has to keep moving when standing or his legs won't work.

So many runners suffer from cartilege problems, early knee and hip replacements, arthritis and etc.

There's also the health risks of running around traffic, dodging cars and breathing in carbon monoxide.

I'm staying on the sofa. ???

Exercise is dangerous, per se.

Britain's Olympic cyclist, Bradley Wiggins, injured himself last week in the gym. He was cycling his bike on rollers, went to wipe sweat of his face with a towel, only for the towel to catch in the front spokes and throw him, face first off the bike, resulting in cuts & bruises to his face and a strained groin muscle.

A Chuckle-Vision sort of accident if ever I saw one

:lolol:

Running is for men, jogging is for ladies.

By the way, I really do love big huge wobbly tits.
