I think that's quite fantastic! He's kind of got a point. There is devolution going on out there at the moment, deffinitely. Kids are getting thicker.

He hasn't got a point at all. The guy's a wind up merchant, who continually contradicts himself with nonsensical arguments.

I should point out that "devolution" as in to "de-evolve", is actually counter intuitive. If as we evolve we lose elements that are no longer necessary, even if this appeared to be some form of regression, then we would still be evolving.
