Ofcourse they are that stupid, if given isnt fit for the new season they will go and offer silly money for someone like Buffon.
Id be amazed if Hart was at City next season.

Premier League have give special dispensation for Man City to signa goalkeeper on loan until the end of the season. Totally wrong they chose to send their keepers out on loan.
