Gatting is a better footballer than Nathan Elder.

Still too early to call time on Joe Gatting, despite what failed to happen at Woking.

Please stop. You're embarrassing yourself on this one.

Nathan Elder has shown very little sign of making the grade at this level, but he's STILL light-years ahead of Gatting in terms of speed, stamina, not looking like he's sleepwalking through a game etc etc.. The cognoscenti had Gatting's cards marked about eighteen months back. Said back then that he's failed to make the grade from youth team level to senior level and should pack it in and focus on cricket, where apparently being a lardy slug is no great disadvantage.

If Slo-Joe can't hack it at Woking he's no use to the Albion. Compare and contrast with Jake's spell at aldershot where they couldn't believe their luck at McGhee's lack of judgement in farming him out there
