Is there actually any PROPER evidence that anyone is in for Pedro ? Or is it just the usual Dominoes of Conjecture we are seeing here ?
I think it's come from a number of opinions and observations from fans – none of which point towards him definitely wanting out:

– Huge BUST-UP with JPVH
– Not playing the last few games of the season
– Buggering off on holiday or something to a fancy villa while banned for being sent off
– Waving his arms at the crowd to get them to make some noise
– Only scoring penalties
– Becoming Brazil's #9 has turned him Billy Big Balls
– Wanting European football
– And probably some more...

It looks like Newcastle are the only Premier League option for Pedro now.
If that doesn’t materialise it’s either go to Saudi or knuckle down JP as there’s no one out there who want you.
There's a lot of clubs in for strikers this summer. Cunha is gone. When Sesko, Gyokeres, Mbeumo etc have made their choices, other clubs might come for JP as a backup option.

Indeed.

I suspect Man Utd and Chelsea want one more quality striker. Spurs would be wise to get an upgrade on Richarlison. Liverpool are obviously going to replace Nunez and Arsenal are looking to spend big money. Then there is Newcastle.

He'll find a home but I suspect that he is not first on most shopping lists. Maybe 2nd or 3rd.

Spurs are now looking to pinch Mbeumo from under the noses of ManU.
