I think Jo would be a brilliant signing. I'm not one to post rumours on here about any player, this thread is about something I heard the other day regarding him coming here. What I did hear could be completely wrong, but it's just what I heard.

To be fair, the 18m was in 2008 and his three international caps were around the same time. He's been in Brazil since leaving City and certainly wouldn't fetch anywhere near the £18m laid out by City
