There is some Albion content in One Hump Or Two? - Frank Worthington's autobiog. He mentions Jimmy Case as someone to have alongside you in the trenches.

Grew up. Didn't get on in school. Preferred kicking the ball about. Blah blah. Nothing ground breaking other than the odd one.

It seems the interesting ones don't write one.
