I don't really see the point of the "triple punishment" one, but the others are good. I also wish they'd use that disappearing paint to mark where free kicks should be taken from.

Foreign player quota can never happen in Europe (with European nationality players) with the current EU laws. All the rest of his ideas make sense. I'd love to see one for cheating (diving etc) whereby any player convicted, after video review, gets a 12 month ban, that would end cheating in the game in one fell swoop.
