If his fitness is there he would be a guaranteed 1st teamer. Classy midfielder.

Always liked him as a player when seen him play, but is he still up to it? If he is, then would be a great signing...

Fantastic distribution and great set piece delivery, corners free kicks etc.

Scored a cracker for Cardiff against Donny I think in April, 25 yard free kick.

Can't believe some see 31 as too old. I thought the school holiday was over.

Indeed Oscar there really are some idiots on here, anyone who doesn't rate Koumas clearly doesn't appreciate good football

Id rather Killkenny, 25 and with something to prove, also a very good footballer and probably half the wages.

31 isnt too old, but lets face it hes a very big earner, id rather we signed someone who is going to improve as a player

Surely he would improve us as a team though Marshy?

Ofcourse he would, I just think there are far better options out there, younger and cheaper too.
He wouldnt get out of Bed for 10k a week you get the immpression with Koumas, rates himself very highly and in my opinion not wht we need, you see no return on your investment with him.

Someone like that Harley that went to Swansea from Exeter would be much more what i was after.

We can't end up with a team full of 22/23 year olds. We need some experience on the pitch, especially after losing someone like Kish. I've always rated Koumas and I think it would be an excellent signing.

This. I'm all for signing young, promising players but we need some experienced heads dotted around too. Kishishev definitely needs to be replaced.

Always been a big fan, would fit very nicely into Gus's dream team. He's like an incredibly poor and homeless man's Iniesta. But that's perfect for us.

Excellent championship player. Never had great pace. What does that matter? When you can spray the ball around the park like him. Worth signing for a couple of seasons, not worth breaking the bank for though.

Didn't he cost Wigan £5m+. I think his wages would be ASTRONOMICAL...its a nice thought though.

I reckon 12-15k a week would seal the deal.

Happy to pay that as proven at this level. Also no transfer fee.

15k a week for Koumas !....christ you would be happy with that... ! I bet he would be bloody delighted.

we could get 2 quality young players in for that in my opinion, and see a good return on our money
