Fantastic country.
GET A TRAIN PASS!!!
Had one for seven days while based in Osaka in May 2004.
Went to Hiroshima twice,Tokyo for the day,Kyoto plus the end of the Bullet Train line in the far west.
Forget name of city but it's past Hiroshima.
Saw J.League game in Osaka.
Even though the home team lost and were in relegation trouble all the players at the end of the game BOWED TO THE CROWD!!!
The whole country is spotless,no litter anywhere!!!
No as expensive as people make out.
Sat next to two guys a baseball game who were eating.....CURRY!!!
You can get the stuff everywhere.
Swore when I left would one day return.
