Lamptey, Wellbeck, Lllana, Webster and probably Milner all too fragile..

Plenty of wages could be used better. Would like to see some shifted at end of season
I'd get rid of Webster because he's not all that good. And Lamptey, made of cheese. Welbs is still good. Lllalllanna and MMillnerr are probably here for additional reasons.

Because teams tend to recall their loanees if significant injuries impact their ability to play for the team they are loaned to.

We have had a few over the years

What is lampteys injury?

No they don't.

They may return to their parent club for the injury to be treated but if it's an injury for 1-3 months (of a season long loan) then they remain on loan.

Assuming he was out for 3 months, that would still leave 12 Prem games and then any potential FA cup + Europa games.

On another thread there’s talk that the Fati injury is more like 6 weeks out rather than 3 months.

Just a question about January signings. Does anyone know the rules regarding being cup-tied for the Europa knockout?

I assume we will be able to name a new squad after Christmas, but if we buy someone who has played in any European competitions, will they be cup-tied for us, or is it just Europa League? In which case could we buy someone who has played Champions League or Conference League already then name them in our Europa League squad?
And would ineligibility for Europe be a reason NOT to buy a particular player in January?

The only stand out quality hinsh has is that he's mature. He's slow, short , small, out of position constantly
I can't be bothered to start finding evidence to disprove your other points, but (for nominally a CM/CDM) he's clearly not short:

(Lewis Dunk is 6'4")

According to this UEFA removed the cup tied rule from all competitions in 2018.

Bruno Fernandes played for both Sporting and Man Utd in the 19-20 Europa League for example. Haaland played for both RB Salzburg and Dortmund in the Champions League in the 19-20 as well.

The biggest issue will be we can only register up to 3 new players in the Europa League squad. With Enciso and Moder not currently named we may only have 1 spot available assuming we name those two.

True. I wondered whether the fact that most of our signings seem to be U21s would enable us to name them on the 'B' list which allows an unlimited number of players, but a quick check of the rules shows that players on that list need to have been with the club for at least two years. We named only 24 players on our A list. Unfortunately, this doesn't mean that we can add four. You still get only three changes. However, it does mean that, providing we could still meet the local players requirements, we'd have to remove only two.
