Well he's certainly not getting much game time for us, maybe he'd get a bit more if Trossard leaves, but currently he just doesnt seem to fit the style of play for us. We haven't seen enough to judge really. Could definitely see him going out on loan for the rest of the season to improve.

Scored with a nice finish in the cup against Boro the other week, and from his time at USG we'd thought finishing chances was going to be his strong point, so might do well for you in that sense. But the rest of his game so far doesnt seem to be upto speed with what needed in the Prem.

As for the wages, because of the league he came from and its his first contract in English football maybe somewhere around £20/30k per week is a good guess. Certainly wouldnt be less for someone in the first team squad.

A loan would make sense - to the Championship too. At the moment we're nowhere near our maximum allowance of 8 over-age players on loan abroad (U21s do not count) so a loan abroad wouldn't be a problem either, but learning the feel of the game in England would be much better.

It seems to be less likely, now, that Ben Brereton Diaz will be leaving us in this window.
If he did, we'd be up the proverbial creek in terms of scoring (despite the fact he's not on top form at the moment).
In that scenario, I'd come and pick Undav up myself, and it's a long drive from Auckland!
