Brighton manager Mark McGhee is keen to sign Jamie Cureton but is unsure what his current contractual situation is.
The former Bristol Rovers hit-man is currently receiving treatment on an injury with Reading after an unsuccessful spell in Korean football.

The Royals have denied he could be about to rejoin club, following a short stint with Busan Icons.

McGhee is unsure whether the striker would command a fee or is available on a free transfer, but is interested in the experienced ace.

"We are aware of him, but we need to check out what the situation is regarding his contract," explained McGhee to the club's official website.
