I expected he would be a bit naff and he has been.

He has scored crucial goals and obviously has mesmerising talent but I have been very disappointed with his overall contribution. He flits in and out of games and is useless as a backs to the wall player and we end up playing backs to the wall in most games. I'd like to see a bigger contribution and more effort at closing down the opposition when not in possession. I don't buy the still "ill"line, Hughton doesn't pick half fit players and I doubt United would be happy if we were making him play when he was ill.

I know the lad is young, but he's simply not good enough at this level and he will never be a regular starter for Man U. Can't hold the ball up, can't find others, dissapears for most the game, no strength and can't head the ball.

Should have bought a striker in January. Jus saying.....
