I fukken love Jack. Being given that goal post a VAR review generated so much obvious joy in him. Normally the goal scorer looks a bit happy. His enthusiasm is incredible, as was his work rate.
He was fantastic when he came on.......all-out intensity. Again played out of position......but right place, right time AGAIN. Immense footballing brain on him.

Such an instinctive and intelligent footballer. Knows how to be in the right place at the right time and showing signs of becoming a clinical finisher.

The seeds Club Legends are grown from.

Did anyone spot what was going on with the scramble to take the penalty? Was it being given to him at one point? What I noticed was JPVH being very forceful sorting it all out and commandeering the ball - which was confusing as Webster the skipper?

Don't care. I had Hinsh and Gruda to both score or assist and both teams to score. When Gruda came off the bet moved onto MOR.

Tomorrow I eat oysters.

I think Gomez fancied it as well as there was a shot of him looking touch grumpy walking away from things at that point.

Soon cheered up though.

Which was nice.

Gomez’s last penalty for us didn’t go well so not sure why he was even in the conversation.

Should’ve been Hinsh taking it for his Hatty, especially with the way the other games were going.

Hinsh’s last penalty for us didn’t go well either.
