Has joined Barnet on a free transfer from Charlton Athletic.

I cannot quite understand why he would join the Bees as he was incredible at MK Dons, scoring about 64 goals in 126 appearances. Although he's had injury problems lately I find it strange he's gone to a very poor League Two side when surely he had better offers and his wages must be high. He's only 25. Still, it's arguably Barnet's most exciting name signing since Jimmy Greaves. But the problems are at the other end of the pitch.....

Tomorrow it's a meeting of the football league's bottom two - Barnet vs Hereford. Whoever loses, the manager will probably get the boot.

Rather suprising he has dropped so low but one must wonder if he has gone off the boil as Charlton have struggled for a striker and signed Nicky Forster on loan.

Might go along to Underhill tomorrow, just started uni in N14 so The Bees play just down the road from me.

He's a decent enough goalscorer, Would be good if he can regain his form & fitness & Barnet can make a bit of money on him

Thought he would have been good enough to stay in League One, maybe at one of the early strugglers such as Leyton Orient or Dagenham & Redbridge.

Great signing for Barnet in my opinion.

I used to teach Izale for a short while. Good lad but not the best at choosing his associates. Good footballer but you have to commit to the lifestyle. I hope he gets fit and back to his best,

Always seemed a good player but the fact he's never really kicked on suggests he might not be up to the mark off the pitch. Attitude, dodgy hangers on, or just up himself, could be anything if he's at the point where only Barnet will take him.

Showed his undoubted ability with a couple of well taken goals in Barnet's 2-0 win over Accrington Stanley yesterday. If he remains injury free he'd be worth snapping up in January. He's far too good for a League Two side in the relegation zone and with more matches under his belt after a lengthy lay off he's one to keep an eye on. Quality.
