I've never been touched by Adam El Abd

Oh bore off you complete dick. He played well today as he has done all season. He has to have something in his locker to make up for the lack of height, and distracting strikers by making them hate him is a good way to go about it IMO.
He tugs shirts more often than you tug your dick, so bore off yourself. I like Adam but just hate all this bum touching and hair ruffling as my original point he should just concentrate on the art of defending and not all this cheap malarkey. The best way to distract an opponent is to mark them out of them game IMO.

Haha oh God I love this forum, properly laughed at that first line. My point was his "game playing" is part of his defending so shouldn't be criticised for it.

I had a photo with him the day we won league one at Walsall. He touched me.

Agree , I love the fact he winds the opposition players up and when they retaliate and when ref blows he has a quite word with them both Adam then holds his hand out to the opposition player who then knocks it away Adam holds out his hand again and again and again with the other player having enough and storming off, for me its job done as the player now is wound up and not thinking about the game plan but about Adam.

Did his winging up of Ameobi not get the player sent off in the long run? Worked a treat, also with Lambert, I'm sure he had a few choice words with him before the infamous incident.

Adam is class! I love him!! I met him when he was walking his dog at Hove Park when I was doing one of those Park Run things on a Saturday morning. He was a true gent and happy to chat. Later that day was the Middlesborough game and he came over and signed my son's programme before kick off.

Love A.E.A. last season, while injured, he was in his car in the queue to get over the (University end)A27 bridge behind our car and he waved to our grandsons,he also stopped lots of times on his way to the players entrance to sign autographs and chat to fans.
I might never be physically touched by El Abd but he has done enough to make me know how much he gives our club on and off the pitch.

Also his part in the destruction of pompey at Withdean means he will be for me a bigger Albion legend than Ward any day.
